Job Delivery Policy

processing time, Job posting at all time, will send notification to the employees via sms, email about the job. The job will be accepted any point of the day by the employees if self accepted and if through message or whatsaap 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. Standard job execution will be within 2 to 3 working business days. Job execution times may be affected by occasion holidays. And temporary out of order instead of temporary out of stock.

Processing Time

Job posted placed before all time Monday through Sunday, will send notification to the employees via sms, email. The job will be accepted any point of the day by the employees. Standard job done within 2 to 3 working business days. Job execution times may be affected by occasion holidays.

Job Tracking

After the job accepted by the employee, the customer and employee numbers will a disclosed via official whatsaap.

Canceling an job

A job must be canceled no less than 15mins before processing. Once an job is accepted by our employee, we cannot stop. Please see the Refund Policy in order to cancel the job.

Temporarily Out of Stock

Temporarily Out of Order are noted on the areas which lack employees. We will make every effort to make employees available in that region as soon as possible.

However, if the expected date for the job delays for a week the job ad will be removed and will be notified, but the job may be slightly delayed it will be processed as soon as possible.
