Refund Policy

Thank you for applying for our services, we hope you are happy with our service. However, if you cancel the job before 15mins and if any payment has been made for the job, you may request refund to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy. REFUNDS

After receiving your complain we will proceed with thorough inspection, we will process your refund soon after you will meet all the Terms & Conditions policy. Please share the correct reason along with the job ID, date of job and the information of job you posted with reference number. Refunds may take one or two day’s cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following circumstance refund cannot be initiated:

For cancellation of the job 15mins after an employee accepted the job it can’t be cancelled and ongoing job. Please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund.
